Horizontal dissolved air flotation equipment

Overview:

Horizontal dissolved air flotation equipment is a commonly used solid-liquid separation equipment in the sewage treatment industry,which is mainly used to remove suspended matter,grease and glue with a specific gravity similar to or lighter than that of water, such as petrochemical,coal mining,paper making,printing and dyeing,slaughtering,brewing and other industrial industries for sewage treatment.
The main body of the equipment is a matching part welded from cuboid carbon steel or stainless steel,including a dissolved air pump,air compressor,dissolved air tank,rectangular box,air flotation system,mud scraping system,etc.The dissolved gas tank produces dissolved gas water,which is released to thewater to be treated by decompression through a release device. The air dissolved in the water is released from the water,forming tiny bubbles of 20-40um,and the micro-bubbles combine with the suspended solids in the sewage,making the suspended solids have a lower specific gravitythan water and gradually floating to the surface to form scum.

Advantages:
The device has the advantages of using less flocculant,low cost,simple operation procedures, easy control of water quality and quantity,simple management.Besides,the release device is not easy to plug with a backwashing system.
