Overview:
The filler set in the upflow hydrolytic acidification equipment is a strength improvement type according to the separation requirements of the hydrolysis process.The filler has good mechanical strength under the premise of ensuring a large specific surface area.No damage occurs in the process of hydraulic shear and friction collision between carriers.As modified polymer materials are mainly used as substrates in the production process ,they are acid and alkali resistant,and have better adaptability to high-difficulty wastewater containing organic matter (hydrocarbons,benzene),with strong corrosion resistance.
The filler can increase the adhesion of microorganisms on the surface of the filler,creating conditions for the growth of microorganisms.The installationmethod of the filler is inclined to a certain angle,and at the same time,a small amount of anaerobic gas generated by the separation of the inclined plate is intercepted or adsorbed by the filler during the rising process, and the gas attached to the sludge is separated from the suspended sludge,and the sludge either adheres to the filler,or accumulates large mud masses that slide down and sink to the bottom of the pool.On the other hand,the addition of inclined plate increases the effective separation area,greatly reducing the hydraulic radius of the settling area,improving the hydraulic conditions of sludge precipitation and enhancing the efficiency of mud-water separation.
